Chapter One's Hot Margarita

A pour can be measured in a shot or a "per second pour" such as you pour the alcohol into the glass for a count of "____" seconds. This can vary, depending on how quickly (or slowly) you count.

1 second pour Lime Juice or sweet and sour
2 second pour Cointreau or Triple Sec
3 second pour Tequila (Gold)
Drop in slice or two of jalapeno or cerrano pepper (with seeds attached)
Shake well (with peppers) and pour over ice

If you decide to throw it in the blender, wait to put the pepper in afterwards
